The information and pricing contained within i3 International's Quoting Tools and application, remains the exclusive property of i3 International Inc. Quoting Tools is designed to facilitate our Integrators and vendor partners in their purchasing and quoting of i3’s hardware and software. The information (customer name, address, contact information and pricing detail) remains the property of i3 International and its Dealers or Integrators and will be retained for 12 months. Inactivity of the account over 31 days will require the account to be reactivated.

Misuse, misrepresentation or misappropriation of confidential information contained within Quoting Tools will lead to an immediate suspension of access or additional actions as deemed necessary by i3 International. I3 reserves the right to terminate the account with or without notice. Termination of the account will result in the dealer’s information being deleted after 31 days.
